Refunds
Once the return is approved and received/inspected, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method where possible. If the original method is not available (for example, a card is blocked), we may offer store credit or bank transfer after verification.
Damaged / Wrong Item
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can resolve it quickly.
Return Shipping Cost

If the return is due to our mistake (wrong/damaged item), we cover return shipping.

Otherwise, return shipping is paid by the customer.
